SET-OFF AND NETTING ON INSOLVENCY ACT, 2003

(ACT No. IV OF 2003)

Notice of coming into force of Part VI

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 23 (2) of the Set-off

and Netting on Insolvency Act, 2003, the Minister for Competitiveness

and Communications has established the 1 st May, 2004 as the date on

which the provisions of articles 23 and 24 in Part VI of the said Act

have come into force.
