Exemption (Repeal) Order for the purposes of Article 30

of the Competition Act

BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 30 (2) of the

Competition Act, and for the purposes of the said Act, the Minister for

Competitiveness and Communications is hereby repealing as from the

1 st May, 2004 the Exemption Order for the purposes of article 30 of the

Competition Act, published by Legal Notice 144 of 2002.
