(ACT NO. III OF 2004)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 108(2) of the

Amendment of Various Laws Act, 2004, hereinafter referred to as “the

Act”, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has established the

15th June, 2004 as the date on which the provisions of Part XXI of Act

III of 2004 shall come into force.
