(CAP. 352)
Notice of coming into force
IN VIRTUE of the powers conferred by Articles 28 and 29 of the
Malta Maritime Authority Act and regulation 1 of the Commercial
Vessel Regulations, 2002, the Minister for Competitiveness and
Communications has appointed 1st May 2004, as the date on which the
provisions of paragraphs 30.2.4 and 30.3.1 of the Code of Practice for
the Safety of Commercial Vessels have come into force.
