Order, 2004
IN virtue of the powers vested in him by articles 3 and 4 of the
European Union Act, 2003, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance
has made the following Order>–

(1) This Order may be cited as European Union (Repeal of
Imported Eggs (Marking) Act (Cap. 75) of the Laws of Malta) Order,
2004. (2) This Order shall come into force on the 4th June , 2004.
