BUDGET MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION ACT, 2004

(ACT NO. II OF 2004)

Commencement Notice

BY virtue of the powers conferred by the provisions of paragraph

(d) of sub-article (2) of article 6 of the Budget Measures Implementation

Act, 2004, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has established

that the provisions of articles 13 and 15 of the said Act shall be deemed

to have come into force on 1 st May, 2004.
