EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT ELECTIONS ACT, 2003

(ACT NO. XVI OF 2003)

Notice in terms of Article 21(3)(a) of the

European Parliament Elections Act

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (a) of

subarticle (3) of article 21 of the European Parliament Elections Act,

2003, the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance is hereby

establishing that the counting of votes in connection with the

European Parliament Elections that will be held on Saturday, 12th

June, 2004 shall commence on such day and at such time as the first

ballot box arrives at the Counting Hall.
