POSTAL SERVICES ACT

(CAP. 254)

Postal Services (Designation of universal service provider)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 17(3) of the Postal

Services Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications,

after consultation with the Malta Communications Authority, is

hereby designating Maltapost plc as universal service provider with

obligation to provide all the universal services required by or under

the Postal Services Act.
