VALUE ADDED TAX ACT

Value Added Tax (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 15, 25 and 75 of

the Value Added Tax Act, hereinafter referred to as “the Act”, the Prime

Minister and Minister of Finance has made the following regulations>-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Value Added Tax Citation and

commencement.

(Forms) (Amendment), Regulations, 2004 and shall be read and

construed as one with the Value Added Tax (Forms) Regulations, 2004,

L.N. 158 of 2004.

These regulations shall come into force on 1st May,

2004.

In the First Schedule to the principal regulations instead of Amends the First

“Att ta’ L-2001 Dwar il-Protezzjoni u l-Privatezza tad-Data” u “Data

Protection Act 2001”.
