Notice of coming into force of

The Carriage by Air (International and Non-International

Carriage) Order 2003

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Civil

Aviation Act and as mentioned in regulation 1(2) of The Carriage

by Air (International and non-International Carriage) Order 2003,

the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications has appointed

30 April 2004 as the date when all the provisions of the said

regulations shall come into force.
