Exportation (Control) (Amendment) Regulations, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subarticle (1) of article 3

of the Supplies and Services Act, the Minister for Competitiveness and

Communications has made the following regulations>-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Exportation (Control)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2004, and these shall be read and construed

as one with the Exportation (Control) Regulations, 1948, hereinafter

referred to as “the principal regulations.”

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1 st May,

2004.

For the Schedule to the principal regulations there shall

be substituted the following new schedule>

“SCHEDULE

(Regulation 3 (3))

Antiques and articles or objects of historical value

Carts, cabs and landaus

Malta stone and objects made therefrom

Rough diamonds of headings 7102.10, 7102.21 and 7102.31

Petroleum products, the following>

Petrol

Fuel oil

Diesel

Kerosene

Liquefied gas”.
