Commencement Notice of The Dangerous Substances

(Notification) Regulations, 2001

IN exercise of the powers conferred by Section 38 of the Product

Safety Act, 2001, the Minister for Competitiveness and Communications

has, on the advice of the Malta Standards Authority, and in terms of

regulation 1.2 of the Dangerous Substances (Notification) Regulations,

2001, published by Legal Notice 318 of 2001, established the 1 st May

2004 as the date when regulations 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17

and 18 of the said regulations shall come into force.
