Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section (2) of article 1 of

the Malta Enterprise Corporation Act, the Minister of Finance and

Economic Affairs has established the 5th January, 2004, as the date

when articles 24 to 27 of the said Act have come into force.
