MERCHANT SHIPPING (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2000

(ACT NO. XXII of 2000)

Notice of coming into force of article 48

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1 of the Merchant

Shipping (Amendment) Act, 2000, the Minister for Competitiveness

and Communications has established the 30th April, 2004 as the date

on which the provisions of article 48 of the said Act shall come into

force.
