Prices Payable For the Acquisition of Graves and Grave Sites

(Amendment) Order, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Burials

Ordinance, the Minister of Health , the Elderly and Community Care,

with the concurrence of the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance,

has made the following order >-

The title of this order is Prices Payable for the Acquisition of

Graves and Grave Sites Order, 2004 and it shall be read and construed

as one with the “Prices payable for the Acquisition of Graves and Grave

Sites Order, 2003”, hereinafter referred to as “the principal order”.

Immediately after article 3 of the principal order there shall

be added the following new article>-

The price payable for the acquisition of a grave

“Price for

(inclusive of the consideration for the site) at }ebbug (Malta),

known as “Ta’ l-Infetti Cemetery, shall be Lm725”.
