(CAP. 234)

Notice of coming into force of the Merchant Shipping

(Hours of Work) Regulations, 2002

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 122C and 374

of the Merchant Shipping Act, and in terms of regulation 1 (2) of

the Merchant Shipping (Hours of Work) Regulations, 2002,

published by Legal Notice 213 of 2002, the Minister for

Competitiveness and Communications has established the 30th April,

2004 as the date on which regulations 12, 14 and 20 of the said

Regulations shall come into force.
