Commencement Notice of the Urban Waste Water Treatment

Regulations, 2001

BY virtue of the powers conferred on him by article 9 of the

Environment Protection Act, and in terms of regulation 1 of the Urban

Waste Water Treatment Regulations, 2001, as published by Legal

Notice 340 of 2001, the Minister for Rural Affairs and the

Environment has established the 1st of May, 2004 as the date when

the said regulations shall come into force.
