Commencement Notice of the Integrated Pollution Prevention
and Control Regulations, 2002
BY virtue of the powers conferred on him by article 9 of the
Environment Protection Act, and in terms of regulation 1(2) of the
Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations, 2002, as
published by Legal Notice 234 of 2002, the Minister for Rural Affairs
and the Environment has established the 1st May, 2004 as the date
when the said regulations shall come into force.
