Commencement Notice of the Mutual Recognition of

Qualifications of Perit Regulations, 2002

BY virtue of the power conferred by article 20 of the Periti

Act, and in terms of regulation 1(2) of the Mutual Recognition of

Qualifications of Perit Regulations, 2002, published by Legal Notice

274 of 2002, the Minister for Resources and Infrastructure has

established the 30th of April, 2004 as the date when all the provisions

of the said regulations shall come into force.
