Commencement Notice of the Waste Management (End of Life

Vehicles) Regulations, 2004

BY virtue of the powers conferred on him by article 9 of the

Environment Protection Act, and in terms of regulation 1(2) of the

Waste Management (End of Life Vehicles) Regulations, 2004, as

published by Legal Notice 99 of 2004, the Minister for Rural Affairs

and the Environment has established the 1st May, 2004 as the date

when the said regulations shall come into force.
