Admission (Amendment) Regulations, 2004
IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 30(5) and 31 (6) of
the Education Act (Cap. 327), the Chancellor of the University of Malta has
promulgated the following regulations made by the Senate of the University of
Malta by virtue of the powers conferred upon it by sections 31 and 35 of the said
Act
Citation
This regulation may be cited as the Admission (Amendment) Regulations,
2004 of the University of Malta and shall be read and construed as one with the
regulations of the Admissions Regulations, 1997, hereinafter referred to as “principal
regulations”.
Applicability
This regulation shall be applicable as from October 2005 onwards.
Amendment of regulation 3 of the principal regulations
The regulation 3.2 (c) shall be deleted.
