(ACT NO. II OF 1996)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1 of the

Arbitration Act, 1996, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of

Justice and Home Affairs has established the 5th April, 2004 as the

date when article 76 of the said Act shall come into force.
