CIVIL AVIATION ACT

Air Navigation (Amendment) Order, 2004

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Civil

Aviation Act, the Minister for Transport and Communications has

made the following Order>

(1) The title of this Order is the Air Navigation Citation and

Commencement.

(Amendment) Order, 2004 and it shall be read and construed as one

with the Air Navigation Order, 1990, hereinafter referred to as “the L.N. 176 of 1990.

This Order shall come into force on the 1st April,

2004.

In article 6 of the principal Order, sub-article (2) thereof Amends article 6
