Civil Aviation (Joint Aviation Requirements) (Amendment)

Order, 2003

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Civil

Aviation Act, the Minister for Transport and Communications has made

the following order:-

The title of this order is the Civil Aviation (Joint Aviation Ch";on.

Requirements) (Amendment) Order, 2003, and it shall be read and

construed as one with the Civil Aviation (Joint Aviation Requirements) L.N. 203 of 1998.

Order, 1998, hereinafter referred to as "the principal Order".
