Convcntion on thc Civil Aspccts 01' Inlcrnational Child

Abduction (Amcndmcnt) Ordcr, 2003

IN exercise of the powers conferred by anicle 4( I) of the Child

Abduction and Cll~lOdy ACLthe Milli~lcr of Foreign Affairs has made

the following ordcr:-

I. The title of this order is the Convention on the Civil Aspects

of International Chi ld Abduction (Amendment) Order. 2003 and it shall

be rcad and construed as olle with the Convention on the Civil Aspects

01' International Child Abduction Order. 2000, hereinafter referred to

a~ "the principal Order".
