The PostQualifieation Diploma in Health Science - PQ Dip.H.Se. - and the Degree of

Master of Health Science - M.Se. (Health) - Course (Amendment) Regulations, 2003

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him hy scctions ~()

(5) and 31 (6) of the Educatinn Act (Cap. ~27). the Chancellor of

the University of Malta has promulgated thc following regulat.ions

made hy the Senat.e of the University of Malta hy virtue of the powers

conferred upon it hy sections 31 and 35 of the said Act

Citation

I. These regulations may be cited as The PostQualification Diploma in

Health Science - PQ Dip.H.Se. - and the Degrcc of Master of Health Science-

~I.Se. ( Health) - Course (Amendment) Regulations, 2003 and shall he read

and construed as one with The Post.Qualification Diploma in Health Scicllce-

PQ Dip.H.Sc. - and the Degree of Master of Health Science - M.Se. (Health) -

Course Regulations, 1998. pUhlished as Legal Notice 244 of 1998. hereinafter

referred to as "the principal regulations".

These regulations shall apply to courses starting in October ~OO~ or

later.

Amendment of regulation 3 of the principal regulations

For paragraph (3) of regulation 3 of the principal regulations there

shall be suhstituted the following

"(3) A student shall he eligihle for registration for the Diploma if he:"

For sub-paragraph (a) (ii) of paragraph (3) of regulation ~ of the

principal regulations therc shall be suhstituted the following

"(ii) is in possession of a recognised professional qualification

can complete the Course successfully; or"
