INVESTOR COMPENSATION SCHEME

REGULATIONS, 2003

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 1 of the Investor

Compensation Scheme Regulations, 2003 the Minister of Finance has

appointed the 3rd January, 2003, as the date on which the provisions of

the said regulations shall come into force.
