Notice of coming into force of the Merchant Shipping

(Fishing Vessels) (Minimum Safety and Health Requirements)

Regulations, 2003

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 374 of the Merchant

Shipping Act, and in terms of regulation 1 of the Merchant Shipping

(Fishing Vessels) (Minimum Safety and Health Requirements)

Regulations, 2003 the Minister for Transport and Communications has

established the 1st April, 2004 as the date when the said regulations,

published by Legal Notice 305 of 2003 shall come into force.
