MUTUAL RECOGNITION OF QUALIFICATIONS ACT, 2002

(ACT NO. XVIII OF 2002)

Commencement notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Mutual

Recognition of Qualifications Act, 2002, the Minister of Education has

established the 1st of May, 2004 as the date when articles 3, 4, 5 and 7

of the said Act shall come into force.
