INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT ACT, 2002

(ACT NO. XXIV OF 2002)

Commencement notice

BY virtue of the powers given by article 1(2) of the International

Criminal Court Act, 2002, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs

has established the 13th December, 2003 as the date when all the

provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
