Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1 of the

Commissioner for Children Act, 2003, the Deputy Prime Minister and

Minister for Social Policy has established the 5 th December, 2003, as

the date on which all the provisions of the said Act shall come into

force.
