Commencement notice of the Public Contracts Regulations, 2003
IN virtue of regulation 1 of the Public Contracts Regulations, 2003,
the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs has appointed the 1st
January, 2004 as the date on which the provisions of the said regulations
shall come into force with regard to all matters specified therein other
than those falling under sub-regulation (2) of regulation 18 of the Public
Service (Procurement) Regulations, 1996.
