(CAP. 17)
Prices Payable For the Acquisition of Graves and
Grave Sites Order, 2003.
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Burials
Ordinance, the Minister of Health , with the concurrence of the Minister
of Finance and Economic Affairs, has made the following order:-
Malta Government Gazette — Legal Notice 2003 363 — Grave Sites Order, 2003.
The title of this order is Prices payable for the Acquisition of
Graves and Grave Sites Order, 2003.
Malta Government Gazette — Legal Notice 2003 363 — Grave Sites Order, 2003.
The price payable for the acquisition of a grave site shall be
twenty-five Liri.

The price payable for the acquisition of a grave (inclusive of
the consideration for the site) at Mellieha Cemetery shall be Lm725.
