(CAP. 35)

Private Clinics (Prices for Blood and Blood products)

Regulations, 2003

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the Fees

Ordinance, the Minister of Health, with the concurrence of the Minister

of Finance and Economic Affairs, has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Private Clinics (Prices for

Blood and Blood Products) Regulations, 2003.

The following fees shall be charged by the Superintendent of

Public Health for the supply of a bag of:–

a. Red Blood Cell concentrate …….……………….. Lm38

b. Single Donor Platelets………………………… Lm91

c. Fresh frozen plasma ………………………….Lm29

d. Pooled Platelets…………………………….Lm42.
