TELECOMMUNICATIONS (REGULATION) ACT

(CAP. 399)

Interconnection (Obligations and Rates) (Amendment) (No. 2)

Regulations, 2003

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 38 of the

Telecommunications (Regulation) Act, the Minister for Transport and

Communications, after consultation with the Malta Communications

Authority, has made the following regulations>-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Regulations, 2003 Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Interconnection (Obligations

and Rates) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2003 and shall be read

and construed as one with the Interconnection (Obligations and Rates)

Regulations, 2000, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

Repeal of regulation

Regulation 4 of the principal regulations shall be repealed.

Reg. 3 Renumbering of regulation 5 of the principal regulations. — Regulations, 2003 Open official source

Regulation 5 of the principal regulations shall be renumbered

as regulation 4.
