COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDINANCE

Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)

(No. 2) Order, 2003

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made the

following order>–

This order may be cited as the Commissioner of Land (Transfer

of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 2) Order, 2003.

The land described in article 4 of this order is hereby specified

for the purpose of section 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance.

The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in

article 2 of this order shall with effect from the 13th May, 2003 be

exercised by the Malta Development Corporation as provided in the

section aforesaid.

The land referred to in article 2 of this order consists of an

area of land, including any building thereon, at Luqa, shown bordered

in red on plan P.D. No. 115_2002, which plan is enrolled in the Acts of

Notary Vincent Miceli by virture of deed dated 7th November, 2002.
