CRIMINAL CODE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2002

(ACT NO. III OF 2002)

Commencement Notice

BY VIRTUE of the provisions of sub-article (2) of article 1 of the

Criminal Code (Amendment) Act, 2002, the Minister of Justice and

Local Government has established the 1st October, 2003 when the

following provisions of the said Act shall come into force>–
