JUDGES AND MAGISTRATES

(SALARIES) ACT

(CAP 175)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 3 of the Judges

and Magistrates (salaries) Act, hereinafter referred to as “the Act”, the

Prime Minister has made the following order:-

This order may be cited as the Judges and Magistrates (Revision of

Salaries) Order, 2002, and shall be deemed to have come into effect on the

1 st January, 2002

There shall be paid to the holders of the offices specified in the first

column of the Schedule hereto, instead of the salaries prescribed in

sections 2 and 3 of the Act, the annual salaries respectively specified

opposite to each such office in the second column of that schedule.
