Commencement notice

IN exercise ofthe powers conferred by article 1(I) ofthe Referenda

(Amendment) Act, 2002, the Prime Ministerhas appointed the 12th

October, 2002 as the date when all the provisions of the Referenda

(Amendment) Act, 2002, shall come into force.
