Regulations, 2001
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2. of the Fees
Ordinance, the Minister of Health, with the concurrence of the Minister
of Finance, has made the following regulations:-
(1) The title of these regulations is the Fees (Occupational CiWionmci
Health Unit) (Medical Services) Regulations, 2001.
commencement.
(2)
These regulations shall corne into force on the 1st March,
2001.
There shall be payable to the Superintendent of Public Health Fees payable.
