INCOME TAX ACT

Income Tax Exemption (Philanthropic Work) Notice, 2000
BY VIRTUE of the powers vested in him by paragraph (e) of
subsection (1) of section 12 of the Income Tax Act. the Minister of
Finance has named the Centre For Faith And Justice as being engaged
in philanthropic work. and thus exempt from income tax.
