MENTAL HEALTH ACT

Designation of Place as Hospital Order, 2000

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 50 of the

Mental Health Act, the Minister of Health has declared that Male Ward

6 and Female Ward 3 of Mount Carmel Hospital shall no longer form

part of the said Hospital and shall henceforth be a residential home for

mentally disordered persons.
