Exportation (Control) (Amendment) Regulations, 2000

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 3

of the Supplies and Services Act, 1994, the Minister for Economic

Services has made the following regulations

The title of these regulations may be cited as the Exportation

(Control) (Amendment) Regulations, 2000 and shall be read and

construed as one with the Exportation (Control) Regulations, 1948

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

In paragraph (3) of regulation 3 of the principal regulations,

immediately after the words "the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia" there

shall be added the words", except for the Province of Kosovo and for

the Republic of Montenegro,".
