Local Councils (Delegation of Enforcement) (Amendment)

(No.3) Order, 2000

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section

33 and subsection (6) of section 36 and by section 72 of the Local

Councils Act, 1993, the Minister for Justice and Local Government has

made the following order:-

This order may be cited as the Local Councils (Delegation of

Enforcement) (Amendment) (No.3) Order, 2000 and shall be read and

construed as one with the Local Councils (Delegation of Enforcement)

Order, 2000, hereinafter referred to as "the principal order".

In the Second Schedule to the principal order instead of the

words "To be established" for the localities under the heading "Local

to the principal order. Council" which are "Gharghur, Mellieha, Mgarr, Mosta, Naxxar and

San Pawl il-Bahar" there shall be substituted the words "18th March,

2000".
