Amendment of Board for the Professions Supplementary

to Medicine Standing Orders, 2000

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5 of the Second

Schedule to the Department of Health (Constitution) Ordinance, the

Board for the Professions Supplementary to Medicine, with the approval

of the Minister of Health, has made the following standing orders:-

The title of this provision is the Amendment of Board for the

Professions Supplementary to Medicine Standing Orders, 2000 and shall

be read and construed as one with the Board for the Professions

Supplementary to Medicine Standing Orders, 1986, hereinafter called

"the principal Standing Orders".

Standing Order 38 of the principal Standing Orders shall be

amended as follows:-

(i) for paragraph (b) thereof, there shall be substituted the

following

"(b)

medical laboratory scientists;"; and

paragraph (j) shall be deleted.
