Police Licences (Amendment) Regulations, 2000

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Police

Licences Act, the Minister for Home Affairs, with the concurrence of

the Minister of Finance, has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Police Licences

(Amendment) Regulations, 2000, and shall be read and construed as

one with the Police Licences Regulations, 1949, hereinafter referred to

as "the principal regulations".

In Part I of the First Schedule to the principal regulations

immediately after item 5 there shall be added the following new item
