Delegation of Administration of Garden of Serenity to

Santa Lucija Local Council Order, 2000

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 33(l)(m) and 72

of the Local Councils Act, 1993, the Minister for Justice and Local

Government has made the following order:-

The title of this order is the Delegation of Administration of

Garden of Serenity to Santa Lucija Local Council Order, 2000.

The land described in article 3 of this order in terms of the

Lease Agreement for the Administration and Use of Garden of Serenity

at Santa Lucija by the Santa Lucija Local Council signed on the 10th

March, 1999, is hereby being specified for the purposes of the delegation

of functions mentioned in paragraph (m) of subsection (l) of section 33

of the Local Councils Act, 1993, as from the date of the publication of

this order.

The land referred to in article 2 of this order consists of a

area of lands, including any building thereon, at Santa Lucija, shown

bordered in red on plan L.D.158/81/1 attached to the Lease Agreement

mentioned in article 2 hereof.
