Local Councils (Association) (Amendment)
Regulations, 2000
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (3) of section
37 and by section 72 of the Local Councils Act, 1993, the Minister for
Justice and Local Government has made the following regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Local Councils
(Association) (Amendment) Regulations, 2000 and shall be read and
construed as one with the Local Councils (Association) Regulations,
1994, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

Reg. 2 Amends the Second Schedule to the principal regulations. — Regulations, 2000

In the Second Schedule to the principal regulations
immediately after the locality "Ta' Xbiex" in Malta Majjistral there
shall be inserted the new locality "Mtarfa".
