TELECOMMUNICATIONS (REGULATION) ACT

(CAP. 399)

Nomination of Competent Authority

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 3 of the

Telecommunications (Regulation) Act, the Minister for Transport and

Communications hereby nominates the Malta Communications

Authority to be the Competent Authority for the purposes of the said

Act and to carry out the functions ofthe competent authority under the

said Act as from the 1st January, 2001.
