Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Equal

Opportunities (Persons with Disability) Act, 2000, hereinafter referred

to as "the Act",the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Social Policy

has established the 10th day of February, 2000 as the date on which the

following provisions of section 2 and of Part V (from section 21 to

section 31) of the Act shall come into force.
